Derby Day

This event brings the excitement and pageantry of the Kentucky Derby to downtown Sumter. The Thompson team came out dressed to the nines in their derby-inspired fashion, and some of the most impressive hats of the day!  The highlights of the event were far more than just the fastest 2 minutes in sports, as everyone enjoyed the amazing food, fashion and festivities for a great cause.  This year Derby Day raised $80,000 to benefit the United Way of Sumter, Clarendon and Lee Counties.
